We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our items are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted and production has started.
If we need to change, cancel, or decline an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of order.
Purchases are subject to our Return and refund policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.

All items are made to order through our print partner.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production time, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your order appears to be delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at ellertssonmusic@gmail.com with your order number.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or defective items are handled in accordance with our Return and refund policy.
Because each item is made to order, we do not normally offer direct size exchanges for wrong size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
