Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ellertssonmusic@gmail.com. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is normally paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item was sent.
Made-to-order items
Each item is made to order through our print partner. Because of this, we do not normally offer direct size exchanges for wrong size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
European Union / EEA 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or EEA, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank, card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
